When I apply a tone mapper and save with TIFF or PNG the image is different from the one in the preview. Why ?
When applying a Tone Mapping Operator in XDRC its output is automatically converted to 24bit/pixel. The Tiff and Png formats in XDRC are only implemented at 48bit/pixel, thus it would be useless to save a tone-mapped image using such formats.
When tone mapping is active it is recommended to save the image using 24bit/pixel formats: BMP or Jpeg.
