I am glad to hear that there is finally next generation image software available that is fully backwards compatible with the Jpeg format!!! However, I still use ( and am still very happy with) my Windows ME OS system..would it be possible in the future to include support for the older Windows 9.X OS's????( or the older Active X plug-ins?)
We are currently exploring other solutions to enable XDepth on the web globally, one of which is Java and Javascript, rather than ActiveX.
Since other technologies are platform-indipendent, you will be definitely able to use XDepth on the web and with any OS in the next future.
So, please check the XDepth website often or subscribe the RSS Feed for future announcements.
